Hi, my name is Pat Wright and I teach modern electric and acoustic guitar in Edinburgh at my school Wright Guitar School at 'The Music Box' Edinburgh College. I run group guitar lessons of up to 5 students when available and mainly offer individual
one to one guitar lessons on Saturdays.
I have been teaching guitar since 1996 and taught with Yamaha as their Edinburgh guitar teacher between 2008 and 2013. I am qualified to Grade 8+ on guitar, have music qualifications from Perth College and decades of live performance and studio recording experience. I am also registered and fully disclosed with the PVG Scotland scheme.

The class guitar lessons are made to be fun and include all the essential aspects of playing and becoming a great guitarist, working from complete beginner onwards and upwards...all you need to do is practice.
I customize one to one lessons to suit you and we can work on a range of things including songs, graded exam pieces and school exams.
